Best Price Exotic Options (Part 5)

This article examines exotic options structured specifically for investors. These products allow profits to be locked in over the term of the investment. Many of the products examined can be seen as packages of exotic options previously considered in this series. Cliquet options are a portfolio of forward starting options and Ladder options are constructed with simple barrier options. Two products: Shout and Lookback options are not packages of other simple exotic options, however, the analyses of these follow methods previously examined.
