1. Introduction
The term land law ( Grundstücksrecht) refers to all statutory provisions dealing with rights to real property/plots of land. Other terms frequently used to refer to this field of law are Liegenschaftsrecht and Immobiliarsachenrecht, i.e. (real) property law or real estate law.
