I have only three remarks to make. First, I would like to commend Fred Schauer for his unrivalled style of presenting ideas; second, I would like to comment briefly on the idea of the second-best constitution and, then, third, add a footnote that may even contain the seed of an objection – however warily put forward it must be considering the brilliance of Schauer’s lecture.
