236. Verordnung des Vorsitzenden des Vorstandes der Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft über die Zuordnung von Verwendungen der gemäß § 17 Abs. 1 und 1a Poststrukturgesetz (PTSG), BGBl. I Nr. 201/1996, in der Fassung des Bundesgesetzes BGBl. I Nr. 153/2020, der Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft oder einem diesen Gesetzesbestimmungen unterliegenden Tochterunternehmen zugewiesenen Beamten zu Verwendungs- und Dienstzulagengruppen (Telekom-Zuordnungsverordnung 2021 - TK-ZV 2021)
Auf Basis des § 229 Abs. 3 Beamten-Dienstrechtsgesetz 1979 und des § 17a Abs. 3 Poststrukturgesetz 1996, beide in der jeweils geltenden Fassung, wird verordnet:
